Robert Smith

 

 

Lawyer Robert Smith (BA (Hons) - TEP - GCILEx), with over 20 years experience in the legal services industry, is the Founder and Director of ALTRURO Legal. He has a wide range of legal experience, having worked for law firms in both the North and South of England and in the areas of Conveyancing, Debt Recovery, Wills and Probate and Family Law.

 

Robert is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, whose members are independently regulated by CILEx Regulation. He is also a full member of STEP and therefore known as a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) .

 

He is also a Member of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers, a national organisation of lawyers committed to providing specialist legal advice for older and vulnerable people, their families and carers.
